Android Aspect Ratio & Version differences #4

Create MOBILE_VERSION that mainly should change room_width to be the correct aspect ratio for phone screen.

Mostly handled. Phone forced into widescreen view. No separate version, but room resizes as screen size does. Likely need to make more changes/fixes later.
