Add -listen tcp to XLaunch #33

According to https://github.com/hubisan/emacs-wsl/pull/32 the -listen tcp should added at least for Cygwin/X.

Adding it everywhere can't hurt. Those lines need to be changed as well:

Rather leave it as it is, never experienced any problem.
