The AVR working group would like to limit uploaders to a smaller group than currently allowed (all consortium members who are in the HuBMAP-Read group).
To that end:
Add a new Globus Group HuBMAP-AVR-Uploaders
Readd the "Add AVRs" link to the home page and only display if a logged in user is a member of the new HuBMAP-AVR-Uploaders group
Constrain any endpoints/API calls used when uploading/adding new AVR information to make sure a valid user token with membership in the new group is present.
on the "upload" page, check for membership in the new group. If the user is not logged in or they don't have a valid token with membership in the new group display a message saying "HuBMAP Uploader rights required. Log in with an account that has uploader privileges or contact help@hubmapconsortium.org to be given permission."
