In talking with Ellen she does not know what "Collect organ uberon ids instead of codes" means. It's the "instead of codes" that she does not understand.
She had thought that we were already collecting uberon ids which (she says) that we have always been doing as far as she is aware. That is my understanding as well. These things start with "UBERON:" and typically have some numbers after that.
