AVR website: Search page updates final choices

In AVR-IEC meeting 2-15-2023 the decision for left panel choices and default fields across page was decided and agreed upon.

Left panel field choices: Include: clonality, conjugate, host, organ, method, recombinant,target symbol, tissue preservation, vendor Exclude current : fluorescent reporter, OMAP ID, Summitter email

ADD collapse all filters ACTION expected: when filters are expanded, collapse when pushed.

ADD clear all filters ACTION expected: when filters are selected, this button would clear all selected filters

Default fields visible on website: Include: 1. Target (renamed to Target symbol) 2. UniProt# 3. Clonality 4. Method 5. Tissue preservation 6. PDF (rename: Validation Report) Exclude: Host

• [ ] Will Cell Line appear on Left Panel if we upload AVR.csv that have those? I realized that due to original 110 AVRs, we need Cell Line in Left Panel similar to the Organ since that is an option the group had not realized existed when we were doing specifications until AFTER we looked over the original AVRs already uploaded to the original website.

I believe that all of these changes have been made and are available on DEV.

I'm assuming that since 'Clone ID' is tied to 'Clonality' that it will be displayed by default as well. I will also add "Cell Line" on the left panel. However, there does not seem to be a way to filter on a field value (e.g., exclude the empty string).

@ChuckKollar the left panel is tied to what exists in data, but I wanted to be certain that if the left panel had to select from a list it recognizes in the data, that those possibilities were all coded into the system, if that makes sense?
