AVR website: Remaining tasks/fixes to fully support AVRs standardized and reviewed

@ChuckKollar Friday 7-21-2023 We're so close now! I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and NO, it's not a train coming! ;-)

After testing today, these were items being rejected that if I fixed, allowed AVRs to be uploaded to avr.dev site.

• [x] need to support field name change: organ_uberon_id I'll make an issue; it looks like I forgot that one yesterday.

• [x] Isotype field must be able to support multiple words or be ignored for now. Examples of possible input IgG or IgG1a kappa and several others.

• [x] Lot # seems to currently be REQUIRED, this should be OPTIONAL.

• [ ] We have a list of standardized vendor names and synonyms for what folks might use, but it might be good to force any that don't conform to use the "accepted" name. We have tried to go through all of the >600 AVRs to standardize them to the list, but this will always be a battle to fight and will look awful on Left Panel filter if we allow every possible version of a vendor's name (that's what happened on the original AVR website). • [x] Correctly caught filenames that were listed incorrectly in the AVR.csv vs the folder of PDF files AND even caught that there was an extra file not listed in the AVR.csv! Really appreciated all the detailed error messages which made troubleshooting the problems with the AVR.csv file input much simpler than it might have been otherwise!

• [x] Example AVR.csv files representing different technologies which fill in different fields: AVR_lymphnode_OMAP1 - Sheet1.csv

I have been able to test all of the changes mentioned on DEV except for the "standardized ventor" which is not implemented. I was also able to upload the AVR_lympnode_OMAP1 file onto DEV.
