V2: OMAP linkage mapping from UBKG #143

Once the OMAP to OMAP Page linkages are in UBKG (see comment from Ellen below) consume from there instead of the hard coded list used in #148

Link to the OMAP page (open in a new tab) from the OMAP entries in the search results table.

I'm editing this original issue and replacing with a new issue, #148 , which is the specific work that we need now. Based on the note below once the mapping from OMAP to OMAP Page is in place in UBKG we'll start using from there- this won't be done until mid-2024, though.

@ChuckKollar discussed with @shirey today. Task 1: make OMAP_ID a default column on main https://avr.hubmapconsortium.org/ so the live links to OMAPs that we will be adding are visible on main page. (currently this column is not a default but only selectable via configure columns) Task 2: link each OMAP_ID to most recent OMAP version; for December 15th 6th HRA release, we will have linked open data purls but those will not show up yet in UBKG until the 7th HRA release June 2024 when they are added to the HRA ontology via Josef Hardi's work via our team. HRA7threleasetoUBKG-June2024PurlsOMAPs.xlsx The purls will link to "most recent" OMAP version. OMAP table version is not the same as HRA release version, it is dependent on when the OMAP came into existence.
