Omap linkage from avrs #152

Following merged PR #150 #157 for PROD

Ellen does not want this code moved to PROD for now until she has sorted some things out with Bill.

11/29/2023, morning

Now that Harvard has fixed the links that the OMAP IDs link to on the AVR site, it's time to add back the code that makes the links work. This is what is happening here as well as some merges of main into this branch.

Ellen checked out the OMAP code and pronounced it GOOD but requested that we wait before sending it to PROD because There are problems with the web pages that the OMAPs link to. This is something that THEY need to fix. When fixed she will let me know and I will let you know and then it can go to PROD
