Change the title from HuBMAP to "Antibody Validation Report Header" and move to new header bar see issue 39
Remove "Files upload demo." text, replace with "The HuBMAP Antibody Validation Report Upload allows new reports to be uploaded to the HuBMAP AVR tracking system.
