Other people are using this now that it has been released, and people are asking for changes in scope, and finding bugs. Someone needs to take the point on this and make cards for things that it has been determined should be adopted.
Until we hire the Product Manager that we've been recruiting for let's use this process:
Any person who is told of, or discovers a new issue, either a problem or feature needed, with the software or data documents the request in a GitHub issue in this repository making sure to add it to the Backlog column of the HIVE project board. Tag Peter Kant and Bill Shirey in the issue and label the issue as "triage"
If data, schema, or significant software changes are required Peter will take those questions to the Antibody Working Group for approval, once approved with any changes the issue will be moved to the "Ready" column.
If simple software changes are required Bill will evaluate and move to the "Ready" column of the HIVE board.
If any work arising from a single card/issue will take longer than a single sprint, Bill will break the issue into multiple issues.
During Sprint Planning sessions with input from Jonathan (Product Owner) the issues will be prioritized for implementation.
