ASCT+B table generator - make more generic & release on PyPi #10

Aim would be to use this to generate minimal tables as a starting point for curation.

This needs to work entirely within pipeline. Suggest queries Ubergraph by default & uses networkX for transitive reduction - see https://github.com/INCATools/pandasaurus_cxg/blob/9521dd4133925c489a964d9b36d9df4813173f8a/pandasaurus_cxg/graph_generator/graph_generator.py#L319 for precedent.

I finished the ASCT table generation from an NT file. The next step is to request directly from Ubergraph instead of the NT file.

Might be good to have a figure for this? Could potentially use in Uberon grant if space.
