Render axes on top of organ #1186

The new axis system on the tissue block is obstructed by the organ when placing the tissue block inside many overlapping meshes. We should render it on top of other elements in the scene for better visbility.

@bherr2 @libby-maier As requested, a screenshot showing the problem: The WASDQE axes are rendered behind the AS and disappear in anatomically dense organs.
