Addition of 'surrounds' RO:0002221 for validation #284

In the lung ASCT+B table we have this two structures 'secondary pulmonary lobule' -> 'pulmonary interlobular septum' I am creating the term 'interlobular septum' and the most adequate relation is 'pulmonary interlobular septum' SubclassOf surrounds some 'pulmonary secondary pulmonary lobule'. Can surrounds RO:0002221 be added as a valid relation?
