UX/UI Updates

• Aesthetic updates: Fonts, color styles, padding, spacing, sizes, button/button states, icons, drop shadows
• Component reduced in size to provide room for #328
• Toolbar footer added to this component area to provide more room for #328

Notes

I'm not sure what file types are available for the download data button, so I added a couple of random ones to visualize what this will look like. This was an ask by Katy, so Bruce may have a better idea. I will update this note when I know more.
