RUI build preview not working #365

The build preview for the RUI doesn't seem to load. It looks like the main.js, vendor.js etc are not there. I suspect it's probably being cache busted (main-235rerwsrwefs.js style).

The problem was incorrect baseHref settings. I've fixed and verified that it works on ui-staging for all apps.
