RUI wc.js not working #366

The wc.js deployed to https://cdn.humanatlas.io/ui--staging/ccf-rui/wc.js does not work. When I switch to using the main.js, vendor.js, etc it does, so this looks like the web component is not compiling correctly.

Bundle was missing the vendor.js chunk. Build script has been updated to include it if it exists
