Add view options to RUI web componenet #385

Add a "view" and "view-side" option to the RUI web component to control the view (ie to set the state in model.state.ts https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/hra-ui/blob/main/apps/ccf-rui/src/app/core/store/model/model.state.ts#L38-L42)
