Clicking CDE from the visualization view goes to wrong URL #417

Currently, clicking the CDE icon or text on the top right of the visualization page goes to /home and thus goes to https://666925025bcbed5ea7973adc--hra-ui.netlify.app/home which is wrong, it should route back to the CDE landing page. There might be a few ways to do this, so we should discuss.
