Landing page header update #503

To stay consistent with header updates in #499 - we are making cosmetic updates to the landing page navigation. We also need to advertise that this is a preview application.

Responsive

This header stays the same until the 544px breakpoint, in which the logo icons and fonts decrease in size for the rest of the remaining smaller breakpoints.
