Hi Libby, please create a good screenshot of multiple apps in a single image to add in the README file

@LibbyUX This is for the README so it is not very urgent. What we need is an image that showcases a couple of our apps so that visitors can get a quick idea of what the hra-ui repo contains. I would suggest we include the eui, rui, ftu, and cde vis pages in the image.
