Current implementation design behavior

The menu itself needs to fill the entire width of the screen up to the max width of 580px and the text in container should use a fill width as specified.
The minimum width for this component in the spec is currently 320px, the smallest width for phones on the market right now. I believe Katy's is around 430px.
