This could run somewhere around (or in) 40-summarize-results.sh. It will take the list of all datasets for a listing and concatenate all cell-sumamaries.jsonld into the full cell-summaries.jsonld file that contains all cell summaries for all dataset (with one cell summary per technology where applicable). It should be placed in the raw-data in the dataset directory associated with it.
