This PR introduces a wide set of changes. Namely, we are going to start using the creation action to properly classify entities. Also we're removing the check for non-DCWG vs DCWG for processed datasets. Since these datasets don't actually have any metadata validation/schemas, there is no need to distinguish between them.

Yes please go ahead and merge that. It’s a pretty wide set of changes on our end, so definitely want to do a full reindex to make sure things are working as expected
