[Troubleshooting] Bulk submission integration errors #552

From Sunset:

we have deployed the bulk submission endpoint but we are getting errors trying to push some datasets in. selected from ingest board. I can only check the response from the Airflow, it was a 400. Working with upload HBM639.HBVB.336

Turned out to be two issues:

The ported SenNet handling assumes the entity-api PUT call returns the entity details, which is not the case for HuBMAP
Duplicate ingest file helper uses config specific constants and not available in HuBMAP ingest-api
