Create a new Create/Update screen for the new Collection type "EPICollection" (defined in Entity API #669.
Add new menu item in "Individual" dropdown as "Collection - EPIC"
Also (somewhat related..) ad a new menu item in "Individual" dropdown for regular Collections as "Collection - Dataset"
