RUI Sex information not getting reset or displayed correctly #1410

A user has issued a help ticket saying that they cannot change the RUI registration from female to male for tissue block https://ingest.hubmapconsortium.org/sample/2f06d89dc9a0fb76cc3e12ba16b5a75a

The user has been guided through the process of changing the sex on this block, but it is still displaying as Female.

@BirdMachine Testing the PR for this on DEV, it seems like it is still broken. Looking at block https://ingest.dev.hubmapconsortium.org/sample/d2779189cae09ed5a6a996c729315154, when I start the RUI it shows as Female, but the Donor is a Male. Can you verify that sex: "Male" is sent to the RUI?
