Cannot Bulk Submit Sample Suspension Metadata on PROD #1500

@shirey A data provider reported to me that they are having trouble bulk submitting suspension metadata on Ingest UI. A validated .TSV containing the metadata can be found here: validated-HuBMAP-Suspensions-Batch3-metadata-Nov4 (1).tsv.zip

When the provider tries to submit the metadata, they get cryptic responses back as seen in the screenshots below. I have replicated the issue on my end as well. The sample metadata does not appear on the portal.

@BirdMachine Some further error reporting from the provider:

Hi @Brendan Honick just wondering if there was any update on these bulk sample metadata ingest errors? I actually was just trying to update the Block metadata (to add something to our previously-blank Notes field) for all 169 of our sample Blocks, and the feedback from the UI makes it look as if only 16 out of the 169 rows were processed? The TSV file is attached here in case that’s useful for you.
