Ontology: Add GraSS file to neo4j.conf for ontology neo4j browser configuration #160

The attached Zip file contains a GraSS style file that sets node colors in the ontology neo4j per @computationdoc 's requirements.

The contents of this file can be added to the neo4j.conf file of the Docker image as described in this StackOverflow post.
