Concepts in the HuBMAP ontology currently cross-reference EDAM concepts using the domain (e.g., "operation:9999") instead of the corrected format ("EDAM:operation_9999"). This affects only a handful of HUBMAP concepts, none of which are currently being used.
Solution
I have already corrected the SimpleKnowledge spreadsheet. This will be corrected in the next refresh of the HubMAP/SenNet Knowledge Graph.
