Updates the "download" button on the Visualization section of detail pages to a "Workspaces" dropdown menu button with options to either download the notebook or create a workspace based on the current dataset.
Also includes minor styling updates to the other Visualization section buttons and "share" button menu, which has been updated to match intended designs.
