@mruffalo I ended up putting a switch in the qc_measures.py script to make it work for bulk data. If you'd rather I break it out into a second script, I can do that. The changes to the code that affect the single cell pipeline were pretty minimal, but we'll probably still want to test on sc and bulk data before merging.
