Add MIBI to official assay list #405

Follow up to #400, a new assay type is coming: https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/ingest-validation-tools/issues/967

@jswelling , do you have responsibility for updating the list here? Or should other people be able to do it?

@mccalluc I would prefer that the person who specified the MIBI schemata also specify the yaml block describing that assay here. I don't actually know anything about MIBI beyond the initials. Looking at the yaml block, the open questions seem to be what human-readable description string to choose and how Vitessce should deal with the data. It seems to be image data, but is it tiled? Will it be post-processed in a way similar to CODEX? Does it require construction of an image pyramid?
