Need:
Quantifying spatial distance and cell function (are cells more/less metabolically active closer to endothelial cells). HMW map every cell to a lymphatic/vasculature or other type of systems and be able to define cell types? There should be a fundamental list/taxonomy of cell types that is measurable. Ex: A spatial mapping of cell types.
User Questions:
Are cells more or less metabolically active when closer to endothelial cells?
How do we get the average spatial distances between any cell type in 2D and 3D (e.g. endothelial -> immune)?
