Need: Build a table of the summarized metadata from each RNA-Seq dataset that relates to the liver

User Scenario:

1. Connect to the portal and browse by project.
2. Narrow results to studies of a specific data type (e.g. RNA-seq) + organ(s) anatomy by filtering on search
3. Exports search results by clicking “Export”
4. Use data portal links on exported manifest to access data portal information for each dataset and request access to data that fits actual need
