User Need: Need to bulk download data across multiple selected data or data within a certain category.

User Scenario:

Navigate to dataset search page
Filters datasets by specified assay type (e.g. CODEX) and a specified organ (e.g. Kidney)
Download relevant data for all datasets from the search results
Receives data for analysis or other research purposes

UI Requirements

[ ] Bulk download feature integrated in search page
