User already has a set of data (e.g. gene sets with specific cell types) from a previous step on the advanced query interface or from a previously saved set. The user wants to select some components from the set (e.g. gene name/ID from gene sets) to perform an analysis on (e.g. an output of p-values, count, mean). The user can select one or more types of desired outputs, which will result in a spreadsheet or another appropriate display of the analysis results. The user can choose to save these results for future purposes, or download the file or set of raw files (e.g. raw images). The user should be able to perform further query actions without changing the interface drastically.
Needs

[ ] Results to be displayed in a spreadsheet format or other appropriate display.
[ ] Ability to save results for future purposes.
[ ] Ability to download files or set of raw files from outputs.
[ ] Ability to perform further query actions on the current set of inputs/outputs without having to redo the entire query operation.
