Should not bundle CAN drivers #72

These do not belong in this repo. Links to vendor websites / out-of-tree drivers in the README or INSTALL file would be better.

I include them because I do not trust venders to keep the versions that we need available. I can post them on a website we control but it is purely because it is tested with 7.7 and 7.8 and I want to make sure things keep on working.

hubo-ach really just needs socketcan from the kernel (which should be supported forever, based on Linux kernel policy). That fact that some people use the PCAN driver for socketcan is almost incidental.

I think putting driver tarballs on a separate website is both reasonable and better.
