Expand tests #18

We should make sure tests pass and then enable Travis. I'll probably do this if I find some time.

@patcon any objections to scrapping the current approach and going with hubot-test-helper?

Sound great! Being so slow at reviewing them, I really wish I'd been more proactive with tests, so glad you're better than i on that
