Any plan to replace RTM API with the new API for Slack HUBOT adapter? #1559

Slack Hubot Adapter is still using the RTM API with classic App. Per guide here https://slack.dev/hubot-slack/, user can not make change to OAuth scope and leverage the latest permission model.

Is there plan to replace the RTM API with the new API? Thanks!
