A few more changes to prepare hubEnsembles for a CRAN submission:

Ensure all exported functions have examples
Replace any relative file links with URLs to the pkgdown site
Change model outputs parameter name to model_out_tbl to reflect standardization across the hubverse

Just requested another review after making the changes. Btw, the .Rbuildignore file already includes the data-raw directory in it, so there are no new changes to that file
