We could consider replacing the flu forecasts that are used as an example in the "Hubverse terminology and conventions" section with the flu forecasts that are provided in the example data. This would also allow us to show pmf output types, and potentially remove some duplicate introduction of example data later on. This is related to one of Nick's comments in (#23).

I didn't realize we were showing the flu data we analyze later. I'm fine with leaving it as is, sorry I got confused!
