Table 4 -- more space for "simple_ensemble" column #55

currently, in table 4 the simple_ensemble column has less horizontal width than the linear_pool column. It'd be nice if it got at least as much space as the linear_pool column, as its column heading is wider

it seems like the output_type column is getting more real estate than necessary too.
