dependencies management

There is an renv.lock file and renv directiory but no .Rprofile and renv is not mentioned in the README where instead dependency installation via devtools::install() is recommended.

Are people supposed to use renv?

• If not I would suggest to remove the corresponding files and replace the devtools::install() command in the README with devtools::install_dev_deps() (installing the package is not actually required as it's later loaded with devtools::load_all() anyway). In that case all dependency management is done in the DESCRIPTION file.
• If yes I would suggest to leave dependency management to it and remove the recommendation of running devtools::install()
