pull example data from example-complex-forecast-hub #14

This would centralize data creation.

I am closing #7 as this issue essentially replaces that one (since the example hub contains predictions with pmf output type)

I'm closing this issue since I think it's unnecessary in light of the planned (and almost ready to use) hubExamples data package.
