move model_id column to be first column in example data #16

In the example_*_model_output objects, model_id is the last column. I think we should move it so it is the first one, as this is more standard and is better for readability.

I'm closing this issue since I think it's unnecessary in light of the planned (and almost ready to use) hubExamples data package.
