Add example data for cdf output type #8

One way to do this might be to modify whatever example we decide on for the pmf output type (see issue #7), tackling the same problem using cumulative sums of pmf probabilities.

I'm closing this issue since I think it's unnecessary in light of the planned (and almost ready to use) hubExamples data package.
