Upgrade workflows. Add linting workflow #28

Sorry @LucieContamin !

I used the wrong hubDevs command in the previous PR which did not run the command to upgrade all the GA workflows and add the linting one.

The lintr workflow will likely fail and will likely need your attention to pass. 🥶

Also you might find running styler:::style_active_pkg() useful for fixing a bunch of the indentation issues
