fix for STEMED ticket 1052 (unit duplication error) #1612

This fixes a bug in copying a course unit on the admin Course component. See STEMED ticket 1052.

@JackS9 - let me know what hubs this needs to be hotfixed on. This change might not go out for a while as a core rollout.

Only STEMED has complained, but it affects any hub using courses.
