Now you can invoke SD Ultimate Upscale script just like how you do it in A1111. The upscaled image will be pasted to a new document in Photopea. I also provide a configuration UltimateUpscaleAnime2x, which suits my normal upscale workflow. Feel free to adjust params there to suit your own workflow.
