One initial step of my own workflow is to find a reference image, and use tagger to extract prompts and/or use ControlNet to extract pose/hand pose.
Making tagger available in the plugin will help myself migrate the initial txt2img workflow out of A1111.
The tagger extension does provide API access: https://github.com/toriato/stable-diffusion-webui-wd14-tagger
